Terms of Service

These terms are provided by Zilal Technology LLC — Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Commercial Registration: 1234567. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the ZILAL One platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services. You must be 18 years or older to create an account. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZILAL One (a project owned by Zilal Technology LLC, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman).
2. Service Description
ZILAL One is a digital family safety platform that provides parental control and device protection tools. Services include: parental control tools, family location sharing, content filtering, screen time management, digital threat protection, and activity reports. The platform is designed exclusively to help parents protect their minor children in the digital environment.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
4. Acceptable Use
ZILAL One must only be used to protect your family's devices and supervise your minor children as their legal guardian. The following is expressly prohibited: using the service to monitor adults' devices without their explicit consent, using the service to monitor employees or spouses, using the service for any illegal or abusive purposes, or any use that violates others' rights. ZILAL One is designed exclusively as a family safety and parental control tool and requires parental authority over the child's device.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the ZILAL One platform — including software, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Zilal Technology LLC or its licensors. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without prior written permission. The trademarks "ZILAL", "ZILAL One", and the associated logos are registered trademarks.
6. Subscription & Payment
Monthly and yearly subscription plans are available. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Prices are in Omani Rials and may change with 30 days' prior notice. All payments are processed through Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record for our products. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, and tax management on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.
7. Refund Policy
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription date. After this period, the amount paid for the current period is non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you may also contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net for any payment-related inquiries. 8. Termination & Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation: automatic subscription renewal will be stopped, service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation (unless otherwise requested or legally required). We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account if you: violate the acceptable use terms, use the service for illegal purposes, or abuse the system.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We do our best to provide a reliable and accurate service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or relating to these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
Responsible Use Notice
ZILAL One is designed exclusively for parents to protect their children's digital safety. It is not intended for monitoring adults, employees, or anyone without their knowledge and consent. Use of ZILAL One requires parental authority over the child's device.
